I watched a three part documentary on this, and chief Rizzo is brilliant! The mayor tried to get her fired during the investigation but the community protested and she was able to solve this case, and stop a really dangerous woman. That Basement looks like an old basement I lived in in Dekalb IL. There was this guy who went missing like I think around 2007 when I was in the Marines and I moved out there in 2012.
