@Valeria-mq3qn . I hear people say that, but every person must tell their children how to act around police. No matter your race or religion the speech you give your children will be close to the same. Whites are still the vast majority of people being abused by the cops, it is just higher ratio for blacks. Blacks are 12 percent of the population but make 24 percent of people killed by police. Whites make up almost 65 percent, and when you use blacks killed by white cops the ratio goes to 15 percent. You sell over 19 percent of blacks killed by police, the cop doing the killing is black. Almost all Whites killed by police are shot by white cops.

People who are fed stories by the police also keep changing their stories as police feed them information. Everything about this case stinks. She's held in custody without a parent or lawyer. The interrogation wasn't recorded. They claim she waived her right, but she wasn't old enough to do that. The records are sealed because she was a juvenile, but she was interrogated as an adult, and she was tried as an adult. She couldn't have signed a contract to buy a car or waive her age to get a driver's license, but Texas said she can sign a confession. Even in her statement she didn't stab the woman, some man did but these mysterious men are never charged? The little girl is charged with capital murder and there's no DNA evidence, it all points to someone else? Her lawyer never met her or her family until the day of the trial and no witnesses were called on her behalf. How do you try a 15 year old as an adult, but seal the records cause she's a minor? This is a dirty case from beginning to end and detectives played fast and loose with the rules and the defense lawyer, prosecuter and judge should all have been standing up against this nonsense. Maybe she was part of it, maybe she wasn't, but she was railroaded by the whole system as a kid and that's just not fair. She deserves a new trial at least.
