They don't care! My 11 year old son got arrested cause they thought he was a adult cause he was over 6'4 and my baby was only in the 5th grade and was on his way home from school and the police pulled over and told him he look like the suspect they was looking for and will not allow him to call me his dad attorney or anything for 7 hours. I had to take my son's birth certificate to prove how old he was and my baby was set to juvenile during the weekend until I was able to get proof from school that he was in school at the time of the robbery smh. @Valeria-mq3qn . I hear people say that, but every person must tell their children how to act around police. No matter your race or religion the speech you give your children will be close to the same. Whites are still the vast majority of people being abused by the cops, it is just higher ratio for blacks. Blacks are 12 percent of the population but make 24 percent of people killed by police. Whites make up almost 65 percent, and when you use blacks killed by white cops the ratio goes to 15 percent. You sell over 19 percent of blacks killed by police, the cop doing the killing is black. Almost all Whites killed by police are shot by white cops.

Theres soooo many decisions I made as a teen and young adult that if my mother would have just simply educated me on,I wouldn't have been left to just figure it out. Just listening to what friends say, when you dont know what kind of upbringing they have, what ulterior motives they have,is just a catastrophe waiting to happen for young people. Talk to your little one about everything guys. Dont be afraid!! Because I guarantee you someone else is. And that someone else could be another adult .

They would come and go freely. So I can see them hanging out with older individuals, whether it be to get away for company, a place to eat, or perhaps to seek safety - in a sense elsewhere - in the mom’s absence. Just my opinion. But Jennifer was an extremely gorgeous girl in her teens. And perhaps that’s why certain kinds of adults would gravitate towards her. I doubt they ever had good intentions anyways. People who are fed stories by the police also keep changing their stories as police feed them information. Everything about this case stinks. She's held in custody without a parent or lawyer. The interrogation wasn't recorded. They claim she waived her right, but she wasn't old enough to do that. The records are sealed because she was a juvenile, but she was interrogated as an adult, and she was tried as an adult. She couldn't have signed a contract to buy a car or waive her age to get a driver's license, but Texas said she can sign a confession. Even in her statement she didn't stab the woman, some man did but these mysterious men are never charged? The little girl is charged with capital murder and there's no DNA evidence, it all points to someone else? Her lawyer never met her or her family until the day of the trial and no witnesses were called on her behalf. How do you try a 15 year old as an adult, but seal the records cause she's a minor? This is a dirty case from beginning to end and detectives played fast and loose with the rules and the defense lawyer, prosecuter and judge should all have been standing up against this nonsense. Maybe she was part of it, maybe she wasn't, but she was railroaded by the whole system as a kid and that's just not fair. She deserves a new trial at least. There should have been one person, just one actually doing their job and this never would have happened.

My great aunt was Janet Dorsey. My heart stopped when Jennifer said her name because I remember my aunt telling us about this!! She told us she lived in those apartments at the time, and told our whole family Jennifer came to her apartment to use her house phone- because she was the only one at the time with a house phone in that complex . My aunt told us “that baby is innocent” and said it was the “older girls” she was hanging around. She even told us she told the cops that Jennifer was in her apartment using the phone at the time of the murder, so how this happened is BEYOND. A couple years ago my she told us detectives from the Innocence Project were reaching out to get her statement but my aunt was too scared, shes unfortunately passed away now but I’m still praying Jennifer gets released soon, everyone knows she’s innocent. I can’t believe I’m just now seeing this and can’t believe she’s still in this situation. I can’t believe she remembered my aunts name, but that’s further proof she remembered EVERY detail and is telling the truth.

@@msgoodbrown Bear in mind _she_ is the one claiming that they were pressuring her and she clearly has a motive to lie. We haven’t heard the police’s side of the story in this video. And I don’t recall her saying that they were “yelling” at her, either.

@@theovolz3073there has been plenty of evidence of police misconduct when it comes to these (interviews) . The basic laws were broken when they questioned a 15 year old without any parent being present PERIOD! Now changing her story when faced with these officers who aren't law abiding, who's to say they are telling the truth?

I saw and heard my older brother confess to vandalism that he didn't take part in under pressure. The kid who did it was a couple years older. The confessions of a child gotten under duress should be thrown out. I have never confessed to anything I didn't do. My sons were raised never to cave under pressure.

Your sons should be raised to not commit any crimes, or consort with anyone who does 🤡 If this girl had been raised that way, instead of by a degenerate single mother, she’d be free. If you’re a single Mother and have one kid killed “by violence” and another kid serving a life sentence for murder, youve failed as a Mother.

So, was it framed? They said the finger prints weren’t hers. Was she there? Was she convinced of the charges? Where is the real murderer?

@@saymyname2417that should have been the question tho a child is a child and she didn't know that hanging with anyone older would've caused her her life but the grown ups did so why else would a grown person want to hang with a 15 year old I'm 23 and don't even hang with 21 year olds so what exactly could a 15 year old do for them at they big age
