I know most people don't like pre-evolutions since they don't exactly make the base Pokemon any stronger, but I like them as they can really add to a line, allow you to use a stronger Pokemon earlier (in a weird sort of way) and in general are just cute. Darkawaii feels like an actual pre-evo. I'd love to see more of this in the future.

What I love the most about these prevos is how childish and naive they look. They are basically children gods, and as such they ignore their responsabilities and just like to play around while learning about the world. My favourite has to be Darkawaii, the concept of a sleepy nightmarish child just fits so well with Darkrai, it doesn't feel fanmade at all. Great job!

Great designs my fave was Pulsaray you really captured that balance of iconic elements along with new ones. I’d love to see the reverse of this video designing evolutions/primal forms for legendary/Mythical Pokémon that already kind of look like baby forms (Celebi/Jarachi/Mew/Victini/Manaphy/etc.)

The Darkrai pre-evo is absolutely perfect. Adorable but still clearly has the same design elements that help make Darkrai as menacing and iconic as it is. Ladorus looks great. Both cute but clearly has a bit of a mean streak-showing off the potential for destruction from Thunderous and Tornadous. Okay, Tiny-Quaza is too precious and I want to hug it. Same with Xerneas pre--evo.

Designing a pre-evolved form of Mewtwo might not be so hard since we have little Mewtwo from the Origin of Mewtwo short. The Xerneas one is adorable and the Rayquaza one is precious.

Not sure if the young Mewtwo would count as a pre-evo of grown Mewtwo. Mewtwo is a clone and wouldn't have the chance to experience an evolution outside of its "cloning" environment. I see it something more similar to Kangakhan who have a baby that eventually grows up and become a full-grown Kangakhan

"Darkawaii" is a very fitting name as "kowaii" (similar to "kawaii") means "scary" in Japanese (i.e. there's a bit of juxtaposition)

I think Lugio, Hoho and the Bird Trio should be branch evolves from the same pre-evolution, the three lake guardians should also have the same pre-evolutions, and the three sacred beast should all have the same pre-evolution. As would the two legendary wolves of Galar.
