Congrats... My suggestion is that now you have entered the IT space with IT support. Increase your focus towards Security, like AWS and Azure Security, MS Sentinel, etc. Also try to see if you can learn more on IT standards like NIST and PCI DSS. You will earn a lot more that what you are earning right now with Security knowledge. 100% hikes are nothing in IT. I too did this and earning well. Best of luck.

I wont go too personal but your salary is now something like 63K ? I am not judging you but if you are properly going to cloud then you will be making easily 100k. And you already have AWS as well as Azure certificate.

I completely understand where you are coming from Darsh. But considering my position, its always best to start at the end user support roles in IT and at the same time, I will keep on learning skills. So this way, when I change , the next mark would be around 100k. 65k-70k is a decent range for a beginner like me.
