Thank you so very much! My last item display is now complete. I made felt wall hangings and was trying to figure out how to hang them all. This is PERFECT. 2 panels is all I will need. Each panel was about 13.00 (inflation) I found them at Home Depot

Thank you for your straight forward video and suggestions. I've purchased three 20" x 6' white coated shelves for my first craft fair displaying my paintings. I'm adding the sawtooth hangers on the backs of my wrapped canvas paintings...easy enough.

this seems like the easiest way to set up for anyone that is just starting out... those tents are expensive, and I am not even sure I will ever do it again.

how do you weigh down the grids to ensure they don't fall over? this has been a recurring issue for me.
@agould1053 жыл бұрын
I hope that it is OK to use this idea in a an upcoming KZbin video I am making. I took a screenshot of the name of your channel and I’m going to give you full credit for coming up with the idea. It is incredibly clever and I wanted to give you credit for it.

Great video so it doesn't seem flimsy ? I am just wondering because I have a lot of canvas I intend to hand
@Truelight546 жыл бұрын
The additional weight of the canvases makes it more stable actually. If you were going to use this outside where wind could be an issue, I would look into constructing some legs for it and perhaps weight them with sandbags or gallon water jugs.
@MonikaGuptaFineArt4 жыл бұрын
How do those grid walls stay standing? Do you have to tie them to booth or smthing to prevent them from falling over by the weight of paintings?

I also want the answer to this question
@camifromri21293 жыл бұрын
@@zinniacapo-valdivia1144 . Me too but he says earlier that if you do the I formation, it would be stable. I have framed pieces that are heavy so worried about that. He also says you can put legs on bottom.
@Truelight54 Жыл бұрын
Put legs on the bottom and weight them with sandbags would be one option. Another is to use buckets filled with water or sand and then ziptie the rack to the weighted buckets.
@barbarabader13345 жыл бұрын
How do your secure the panels at the bottom to prevent them from tipping over? I will be using them for an indoor craft show.
@Truelight545 жыл бұрын
Depending on the configuration you use, they stand quite well on their own. The more angles in the panels, the more stable. If outdoors in a windy location, you could also make "feet" for the bottom of the panels from 2x4's or perhaps PVC pipe. You could then use water bottles or sandbags if you really needed to. Setting up your panels in an "I" configuration however will be pretty stable all by itself.
@jessicariggi44825 жыл бұрын
@@Truelight54 could you use those u hooks/stakes to secure the rack to the ground for an outdoor art show?
@Truelight545 жыл бұрын
@@jessicariggi4482 I guess you could if the ground was soft enough and the wind not too strong.
I needed this! Thank you. Also, do all canvases come with that hang up feature?
@Truelight546 жыл бұрын
I buy my canvases from CG Pro Prints and they do come with a backing board and mounted hanger. Very nice!
@reemarnouk8909 Жыл бұрын
Is this sturdy? Im worried about two things. First the canvases flopping on the bottom part since it is not fastened. Second, the whole wall falling because of weight/ wind
@chromecannon25365 жыл бұрын
seven (16x6) at $24 per is nar $200. I got 4 (24x5) for half but you definitely have more set up options.

Very windy. How do you keep it from falling over?
@Truelight543 ай бұрын
Get some weight down low. If you will have a water source near where you're going to set up, Some gallon milk jugs filled with water tied to the rack should do the trick. Setting up your racks in an "I" formation [-----] can also help.
