Seokjinshi that is close but cool is more like chido, chingon is beyond cool, chingon is like something or someone that exceeds our expectations and is worthy of admiration, otherwise we be saying chingon to every mundane thing and that is not the case 😂

I was born and raised in San Jose, CA to Mexican parents (both from Coalcoman, Michoacán.) I can't tell you how much pride I have for being Mexican because it's almost unexplainable. I sometimes get looked at as a traitor here in the states for carrying such pride around with me and not hesitating to express it. But I don't care. I feel blessed to have this culture flowing through my veins. Thanks for the cool vid. Keep it up.

We Mexicans sometimes have a tragic sense of life, that gives us a survivor mentality, which is pretty cool, but it can also turn into negativity. I know we still have a long way to go as a society but to see people from abroad believing in our struggles feels like fresh water. Thanks for your videos man.

Hey Paul, really like your videos BUT... you really missed one thing we Mexicans are proud of and that is the Plan DN-III-E because thanks to that our army is one of the greatest responding to any kind of disaster and I´m really proud of how the Mexican army is used to help other countries too, instead of fighting other countries we spread love and help to the ones that need it the most.

PlanDN-III-E is the bright side of Mexican army. Unfortunately historically and with documented facts, M.A. is also used to torture and kill Mexican civilians non-related to narco: Ayotzinapa, Tlataya, San Fenando, Acteal, Aguas Blancas, Cananea, 2 de Octubre... massacres to defend a regime full of crooked politicians that are ruling since 80 years ago.

is nice to have you back my lad, sigue así, bien hecho con los temas cotidianos de México, algo que considero es una buena sugerencia para los videos es que identifiques las cosas comunes que pasan en la ciudad de México que para una persona de uk es tremendamente raro y podamos tener una mirada de como cosas comunes se vuelven cuestiones culturales tan diferentes bien hecho sigue así, a mi parecer podrías superar a leo y sus videos que ha abandonado.

thank you for your videos, so informative and fun to watch. definitely you are accurate about the warmth of the Mexican people, one thing I can say is that when you are surrounded by Mexican people who are having lunch they always invite you to eat, no matter how little they have to eat, they always share their food. I have experienced similar scenarios with other cultures and sad to say, they don't have those warm and friendly approach/behaviors.

I paused the video, took a screen shot of the map and clicked on play again. It was then that you said "many Mexicans have shared this image on the social media" LOL! Busted!! Anyway, thanks as usual for showing our friendly face to the world :)

Living in the Us has opened my eyes to see why I am proud to be Mexican. I always felt very proud of the Mayan and Aztec Culture Or Empire, but thinking back of when I lived in Mexico we looked down upon people who where indigenous or looked indigenous. How is it that we are proud to have indigenous blood, but no accept does people in our day and age culture?

Hola Paul:) you were away too long again:( indeed as a mexican I´m proud of all the things you mentioned, personally I think most of mexicans are even more proud of UNAM the major university in the country and alma mater of many personalities like Mario Molina a chemistry Nobel prize or Octavio Paz a literature Nobel, mexican natural beauties make me feel very proud sadly many of those sites are not known by foreign tourists like Oaxaca, Hidalgo, Chiapas, and gastronomy well I feel happy that Mexico has many of the most delicious dishes, I´m happy to see another "True Mexico" video, tumbs up, hasta luego :D
