i literally just extended the combo at 2:10 by mistake lmao in the v trigger part after standing hard kick u can land a standing hard punch and still link it into hard fire ball and medium fire ball

another good combo u can do only in v trigger is, lk,lp,mp,mk,hp,hk which will put them in a state for a reset if u time the next moves. try it out it's quite unique

how the hell do you do the jump cancel at 2:28? cause i dont see v-trigger activated and i tried like hell but jump cancel without v-trigger activated doesnt work after forward mp->hp

I would suggest to keep trying. It can be difficult. But recently the new trend for PC SF5 players is using combo and block scripts. That and alt tabbing out to force lag on your opponent so you can get these combos to actually hit. It's sad, but I don't worry about it cause I don't play against PC players. I have the option disabled.

tbh I believe they changed it. you can only cancel into the jump when in v trigger. if u watch the 2:28 part u can see his v trigger recovering thus meaning he activated it just did it when it was about to end that's why it was recharging while he was combing if this makes any sense

The thing is, to get juri combos going you have to land her std.hp or c.hp first which is pretty damn hard to confirmed. Her links is not that good..... Pretty disappointing for a supposedly rushdown character.

You should usually jump in, one of the safest ways to start a combo... If you are playing someone with good anti-airs, THEN you will want to jump in less.

True. That is her biggest drawback. If you want to keep it safe, then do qcf+HK, qcf+LK. That will keep you safe.

I respectfully disagree. Most pro players eat jump-ins all the time. Mainly because anti-airs are less reliable in this game compared to SF4.

in sf4 her projectile was linked to a kick, and you could hold down the button to release the projectile later. Is that still the case or is it a separate move?

The kicks are completely different in SF5. Only the LK version of the QCF+kick special turns into a fireball, and the move can't be charged by holding the kick button anymore.

I would honestly recommend canceling qcb+K into her CA. It does basically the same damage and is much easier.

Whilst your doing the move you need to buffer the CA. Give that a try.

yeah that is the hard part though light pinwheel ends so quickly that by the time I'm moving to put in the input for Ca is done I don't know why it could be 2 Qcf if it can cancel into pinwheel especially since there aren't many combos (at least from what from what I've seen) that cancel into CA from qcb K. Only one so far i've discovered is back HK, qcb+k, Ca.

...but QCB+k doesn't combo off of d+MK or off a LP like the pinwheel does! The trick to comboing the pinwheel into CA, is to start doing the CA motion while the pinwheel animation is active, and u hit-confirm by pressing K (or not pressing K if the pinwheel is blocked or whiffed)
