Shooting for bedrock is the right idea. I've watched a few gold panning videos and from what I've seen you want to be near those snow topped mountains. But hey at least your finding better spots to check.

That's a good idea. I didn't have the blue gold pump with me that day so it was hard to get the material out of the cracks with just the shovel

You should get a henderson pump and suck up the material in the cracks on the bedrock, that might give you better luck. I accually found some gold today, about 10 micro dots. It's not much but it's always something. I will be near Lapland the coming days and I will be out prospecting. If I find anything I will let you know 👌🤙

Yes. We have a henderson pump already. It is great. We just sometimes edit our videos in weird order depending on our energy. But that quartz vein would have been perfect for the pump.

It’s gonna be hard to find gold in the surface gravel. You must dig down deeper to get to the gold.all those cracks in the bed rock should hold some possibly.good luck on your next adventure.

Thanks for the advice. Yes I agree, only the small stuff left on the surface, would be better to get down to a rusty river bank from the ice age. One day I'll find one of those

Lapland, land of the Laps is northern parts of Finland, Sweden, Norway and Russian Kola peninsula :)
