You didn't miss a thing on my list guys! I'm so glad you suggested this model because it's perfect!!! I'm in love that you added all the appliances! Washer & dryer, dishwasher and large fridge! When my model is built I'm going to get a pull-out table with a gas connection for an outdoor gas BBQ! The house needs a garage type unit added onto the back for a bike, outdoor chairs, a small BBQ, and outdoor gear. Just store the BBQ in the garage and pull out the table, connect the BBQ! 🍖👩‍🍳🍔 You guys are the best in the business and every model makes it that much harder to choose a favorite! ❤❤❤

This plan is absolutely gorgeous. When you walked into the room, and no bed, I said to myself "there's a Murphy Bed situation" and sure enough... I love love love murphy beds, I wish other tiny home mfrs would see the wisdom in utilizing space like that. That is an excellent use of space. This is a well thought out plan, this one here. p.s. the Cinderella toilet...nuff said.

Beautiful workmanship! The only thing I would change is the broom closet in the kitchen area-I would have made it a little larger to accomodate outside clothes and shoes. Love the spice rack by the stove and the stackable washer/dryer! 😊

This kitchen is amazing!! I love it. So much storage. QUESTION: Is the air exchange filtered air? I live in an area that frequently has wildfire smoke. If the air exchange isn’t filtered then can you put an electrical outlet near the exchange so that an air purifier can be placed there? I know that putting an outlet near the ceiling is weird, but clean air is important. This is an amazing house.

I would not have put the bathroom in the middle, rather towards the back of the house. The incinerator pipe and vent for the toilet, doesn’t look good in front of the house.
