The bundesliga wouldn't let him play in both that and the swedish league, so he left his team in the bundesliga and played in sweden instead, and then the chinese super league. I think he might still end up playing in german leagues in some capacity. Please don't listen to the other commenter here, idiotic and blind cynicism should not become us.
