BEST-EVER TUNA SALAD INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 5-oz. cans tuna, in water, drained
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 celery ribs, finely chopped
1/4 cup capers, drained
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
Juice from 1 lemon
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

LOL.. And I still haven't opened my skipjack tuna yet. When I try it.. you'll be the first to know! I intended to today, but I made so much of their DELICIOUS Chicken & Spinach lasagna, that I can't even look at food right now. That lasagna recipe is so good, but it is super filling! (And I only had a small dish!) I'm going to take some over to the little old lady up the hill from my house. She appreciates it when I bring food or baked goods over to her. I made way toOOooOO much! 😂

Hey Shawn.. I picked some up yesterday, but haven't opened it yet. I couldn't believe all of our grocery stores carry it.. but there it was! 😲 It's a little pricier than albacore, but not bad.. I'm getting ready to make their chicken & spinach lasagna, but will make the tuna salad tomorrow. My initial thought though was.... if Wesley likes it, it must not be overly fishy since Kris said he's picky when it comes to seafood. 😄 When I make mine.. I'll drop back in. 🐟😋

@@HowToFeedaLoon I finally made mine tonight! ... Wow, to me anyway.. it really is close in taste to white albacore (in water), even though it has a pinkish color. You're right.. it's delicious and is definitely not overly fishy.. I know you two really like dill pickles, but I used Wickles relish (NUM).. I love the label on Wickles relish of the little pickle swing-dancing with a hot pepper! 🤣😂🥒🌶🎵
