In March 2004, on a quiet street in Mornington, a woman and her daughter go missing. Friends and family become increasingly concerned as they have seemingly vanished without a trace. What starts as a missing persons case, soon turns into one of the most horrifying crimes Australia has seen.

That could be why she ( the little girl) wasn’t sleeping well at night. That’s a side effect of children who have been @bused by a father, a brother etc at night time…or it just could be because she never developed a good sleeping pattern from having to wear an uncomfortable brace at night when she was younger. Who knows…it could just be a nasty rumor that we will never know the truth to, unless he confesses to it.

Living in Australia, I remember this case so well and still, when I see this I cry thinking of the heinous manner in which Anna, beautiful Gracie and Francis were murdered. To the extent that a 20 month old baby didn’t die after being shot in the head with a fishing spear, by this bloody grub. I keep thinking of the confusion of this beautiful little girl, in her little mind wondering what the horrendous pain was she was feeling and not understanding why her bloody father stood by, only to shoot her again,and again and again. Makes me weep. Makes me so angry ! Mummy, Anna, shot the same way and she too lingered because she did not die after the first shot. Not to forget baby Francis ~~ how could he ? Bloody unbelievable ! Absolutely horrendous ! Bloody grub of a thing he is. Then I think about the Australian legal system …….. what legal system ???? This grub was sentenced to LIFE in Prison (yes, if it only meant LIFE), with a non parol period of 33 years. Well, it’s 2022 and it already been 18 years and we are all as disgusted and horrified by this crime as we were when it happened. He only needs to serve another 15 years and have some human rights do-gooder come along and he COULD be walking the streets again ! How many times must we see these bastards released from prison, only to reoffend and commit a worse (as if that’s possible in this case, I think not) crime ! Remember poor Daniel Morcombe and Jill Meagher, to name only two cases ! Dear Anna, beautiful Gracie and baby Francis, rest easy now in the arms of our Lord. You are safe, this world was too good for all of you. My sincere condolences to Anna Kemp’s family in New Zealand, I am so very sorry. You will see your beautiful family again. Alison. 💔💔🇦🇺xoxox

I will never understand how anyone can kill a child. We had a case here in the states, Chris Watts, killed his pregnant wife and two little girls. During his confession, he said one of his daughters watched him strangle her sister, then turned to him and asked if he was going to do that to her too. The bastard just didn't want the responsibility of being a father and husband. Cripes, just walk away. He then tried to say the wife killed the kids, and he killed her for doing that, then changed to admit the killings. I still do not understand it, and I suppose I never will. What a sad story. This happened in Australia where I live. Its not the first time the claimed victim turned out to be the one responsible. this person was crying the "crocodile tears" when talking to the cameras. And he straight up lied when asked if he hurt his wife and daughter. He wasn't a double killer he was triple killer who murdered the unborn child of his wife too. Whether it was his own or someone else's, he still killed him. He killed them all.

He was clearly jealous of the attention Anna gave Gracie. It’s unfortunately not uncommon: a man expects his wife to devote all of her attention to him, to look after him like a mother (but not nag and still be sexually available of course!) but then, when they have a child, and the wife becomes an actual mother to a child who depends on her completely, her attention is diverted away from him (rightly so). He couldn’t stand not being the most important person in Anna’s life, and their unborn son was poised to take even more of her attention away from him. He was jealous of his own children (pathetic!) and angry that his wife no longer put him first. And in this case, it led to murder.
@Baffies78
@Baffies78 2 жыл бұрын
You are wording it like all men want this, or even most men,, which is wrong, also that's not what he wanted, he was stressed out by one baby keeping him up, he didn't want another. He is selfish pathetic human but you can't put what sounds like your own experience of men as the reason when it obviously isn't the case. He ended her life because he was stupid and he didn't want the other child (it takes two to make a baby, so he ais a moron), that's why he waited to kill his own daughter (needing to get drunk to do so, probably cause he wouldn't have been able to keep the child and claim the his wife ran off or the fact he probably realised he couldn't take care of her on his own). if it was how you put it, it woud've been other way around. Did you even watch the video?

This is a perfect explanation. Pathetic. I do hope Gracie's screams haunt him in his every day activities and his sleep. I also appreciate you not saying he was evil or a monster, that dehumanises him and makes it feel like he isn't properly guilty. I'm awful with words but you get what I mean.

In reality and in fiction we are presented with scenarios that involve a parent taking the life of their child to spare them an even worse fate. Usually, the parent will use a regular gun to ensure a swift passing. I can’t imagine a film where a loving parent would “spare” their child a horrible death by spearing them in the head multiple times. Leaving your child to a death chomp from the monsters in the mist would be far more merciful.

I can't stand it when family support their relative who's committed such a shocking crime, like he's innocent and the bodies the police found at the rubbish tip weren't his wife's and daughter. Or worse; they blame the victims. My other pet hate is parole boards and appeals; which are so unfair to the victims' love ones.

4 times ffs!! I distinctly remember seeing these appeals by John Sharpe on television especially his first one. I was at a friend’s house and we looked at each other and agreed that he had done something to them. He just didn’t come across as believable. I think that a lot of people felt the same way. It was just surreal each time he appeared on television, it was bizarre to watch it unfold. Just so incredibly sad. You could look into the story of Rosie Batty. It’s a crime that I will never forget, ever. Rosie sharing her story with the entire country was extremely powerful and caused a much needed shift in the way Australians viewed and talked about domestic violence. P.s I apologise if you have already covered this case, I just realised that I might have missed it amongst your numerous videos. Thanks for sharing this video, much appreciated.
