During this period, there were multiple upgrades and downgrades between EB2 and EB3 categories. Can the new administration rescind any of those Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) statuses or Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) based on their interpretation of how visa numbers should be utilized or their overall interpretation of EB2-EB3 interoperability.
