I think KZbinrs should stop making videos like this … when Trump comes in Jan 2025 and talks about it , then it is better to make videos about what happens next. The moment you login to KZbin its just filled with videos this way and this is causing a lot of anxiety and panic among people. Trump has a lot more pressing issues to deal with. I am sure he will address that first. I don’t know if Trump has plans to revoke but these KZbin videos are giving him more ideas about what to do next 😂 holiday season guys, let people live in peace.

they are attorneys they like to scare monger people so they file as many extensions now in premium processing and they can make money while they can. They are as clueless as anyone else as to what may happen. Its best to stop listening to their non sense and wait for whatever is to come. Nobody has any control over anything including these guys

@ it was my view. It’s so stressful to watch each person come up with their stories. What if this happens? What if that happens? Can someone say that this is going happen. No right ? Then why see the news. Anyways Trump can revoke EAD , bring changes in citizenship process but that is not something which can happen immediately and ofcourse there will be lawsuits. He has to be happy that we are paying hefty taxes and each renewal is getting expensive and it’s a adding to the economy. For sure the process isn’t easy. So don’t worry much about what happens next ? These KZbinrs are creating fear among people. Please go ahead and watch. It’s not just this channel. I have been reporting other channels who have random shit that they speak . Everyone is after Indians in US. People tend to be happy to see us suffer .. just hate comments everywhere .. All the best to you and no one’s stopping you from watching . Peace ✌️

H4 EAD folks are given jobs for 60% less than standard salary, and this kills the job market, especially for families with single income sources.

It feels like - what’s the point in all these when there is no support/appreciation for law abiding, hardworking, huge tax paying community( Indian community less than 1% but pays 6% of total U.S tax). It’s better to return back to India and stay in peace.

I think there needs to be a through investigation of IT sweatshops. We need high skilled immigrants. Not low quality visa violators. Only Trump can clean up the legal immigration process.

They should allow if the primary H1 holder is not making enough to support the family, lots of Americans are struggling to get a job, citizens should be priority, if there's a huge skill gap its different H4 is not a skill gap related visa.

@Reddy Neumann Brown PC, Between the years 2021 and 2023, a number of individuals obtained Permanent Resident status (PRs). During this period, there were multiple upgrades and downgrades between EB2 and EB3 categories. Can the new administration rescind any of those Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) statuses or Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) based on their interpretation of how visa numbers should be utilized or their overall interpretation of EB2-EB3 interoperability. If you can shed light that would be great

@@indyas8388 if they are thinking of going after Birth right citizenship then what prevents them for going after LPR . In fact the people who are on LPR today will be eligible for citizenship and voting by the next election.

I think you are thinking way too much. No administration has that much of leisure time to go after downgrades and upgrades stories. As long as GC was issued when the PD was current there is no need to worry - be it any EB category

Neither of you an existing member in the Trump cabinet nor his team called any one of you and gave such updates, then why so much speculations about things which only his team know and create unnecessary panic among ppl ?? And revoking anything isn’t that easy as it has to pass through law which is long process (time taking)….also knowing the fact they pay tax and are the ones who entered the country legally. Some of them holding master degrees and hired by his friend Elon n his company. (Both H1B AND H4 EAD) And offcourse by other MNCs. Also hiring H4EAD is way more easier coz they don’t need visa sponsorship like H1B. Therefore Elon being a business mindset - do you think he will suggest Trump to cancel something where some of his own employees sitting n big positions performing for the company and generating revenues (both EAD and H1B FOLKS) ??? And the premium processing for H4 EAD is already a law now which will be effective from Sep 2025. Moral of the story - Whenever a politician wins be it any country ….initial for few months lot of chaos will be there such as - our party will do this …..and our party will do that ….bla bla etc but behind the scene, they also know the reality such as the percentage of school and college drop outs vs college grads among locals. So hiring H1B AND EAD itself is like actions speak louder than words….employers hire capable ones as they see profit and who is profitable. So On that note, plz don’t spread unnecessary panics instead let’s focus on things which are much beneficial for us - things like daily workout that will improve an individual’s health ….else no govt will come and pay our medical bills 😊 and it’s holiday season - let’s enjoy the moment 🎉
