I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I'd suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.

I am in Texas, a state where women can now be thrown in jail for getting an abortion, even if it’s medically necessary to save the mother’s life, and my wife and I wanting to have kids soon…I urge anyone reading this to please vote for decency. I obviously hope that my wife and I don’t personally have any issues with the pregnancy/etc., but Trump overturning Roe vs Wade makes the hope and dream of having kids now a terrifying reality that we are now scared to face. Deciding when to have kids should NOT be based on who is president, but my wife is my best friend and I love her more than anything in this world, and I do not want to risk her life, or risk the chance of her being unfairly imprisoned because of something that may be 100% outside of either of our control.
