Suspect is just the legal term Its a method to protect prosecutors and reporters as the person is not legally a criminal until conviction or verdict. Calling someone a criminal before a conviction, no matter how convincing the evidence, opens a legal pathway to sue. Its just how the legal system works

Information is very tight about the details of the shooters life...but I cannot fathom how the shooter lay/crawled on an open roof, a mere 168 yards from his target, without being seen by security spotters. How is it that rallygoers saw him several minutes before the shooting, photographed and filmed him, and SS and LEO's didnt? How is it the witnesses were yelling at LEOs about the potential shooter but none responded? I'm not going to toss out any theories,,,but I just have those questions running thru my mind.

Why wasn't that building secure that' the big question not only that, why did quite a few witnesses claimed and pointed out, that there was a shooter on the roof for three minutes and nothing was done about it. Not only that another witness said he approached a cop and told him about a shooter with an AK 47 on the roof and the cop ignored, what he had to say, he later went up and mentioned it again to the same officier then while he walked back to his seat he heard shots ring off immediately afterwards. Something is very suspicious is definitely going on here.
