I grew up on raw milk straight from a real cow, help make many pounds of real butter, buttermilk, mom canned every year they only bought coffee, lard, sugar and flour and was raised the old fashion way in a christan family and I'm still here no perscrtiption drugs of any kind, I'm very thankful & blessed thank God

Same here. We grew most of what we ate. We canned and froze the vegetables Slaughtered our hogs but dad did take the beef cattle to a slaughter/butcher to be cut up. Fresh eggs, butter, butter milk, cottage cheese, etc. I miss good ole home grown and processed by us the natural way.

Well, once in a while, meds are needed, but NOT like they push them now! Children are "vaxxed" against almost every illness known to man nowadays! Then they wonder why the kids have mental and physical problems! I need a med for asthma which I got from breathing in a chem solvent that is marketed for home use. My husband is diabetic and that is common. He has to have insulin several times a day. Diabetes runs in family pretty strongly, but it is hard to not eat a lot of carbs! I agree though, that there are FAR too many drugs pushed nowadays!

It is one thing to obtain specialty items and goods that cannot even be grown or produced here, or if necessary during times of crop failure, but another to be reliant upon other countries for what our nation can grow. If a pandemic and natural disasters can bring about empty shelves (Big Commercial Ag failed and there were too few small farms to turn to), just imagine what a war would do when globalization has resulted in such heavy dependence and reliance upon other nations -- especially enemy nations -- for basic food, medicine, and other goods -- things that can be grown and made here.

It seemed that they wanted her to lose so that it would be an easy way to just move her along. I love Joe salatin and have been following him in Mother Earth News. I am so happy that president Trump's team has called him and I think he can help with a lot of the problems with the food in this country. Another thing I wish he would do is approach the amish communities because I think they could do a lot to help this country too. There is an amish community in the next town from where I live and I love going to their store. The food is fresh delicious pesticide-free and I love the raw milk.
