It is ambiguous as to whether Biden was talking about Trump's supporters or the comedian's supporters. In context, it sure sounds like he is talking about the comedian's supporters. Why, then, is this being told as if Biden was talking about Trump's supporters? This is an example of the media biting on Trump's whataboutism.

@ You’re obviously a good man. And a servant to this country and a sincere thank you for that. Imo, Trump did a good job as 45 but I do think he’ll be better as 47. We need common sense and toughness as well as genuine leadership. We have that with him. I’ll think he’ll do very well as our president. Again.
