I live in Madrid Spain, here they have excelent public health care, education IS free, and amazing public transportation...not like in Florida my home state...maybe they can afford these things because they spend Half percentage wise (2% gdp) than the US (4% gdp)...maybe our military industrial complex IS a scam. NATO is now an American run welfare program that allows it's European member states to shirk their defense responsibilities. Had it been dissolved after the Cold War, European states that wished to cooperate could have crafted their own defense priorities. Instead it allows America to meddle in these countries and set their priorities. Europe has no expertise in mustering a large fighting force (why would they? Uncle Sam to the rescue!) to protect it's interests globally. NATO needs to be replaced with a Euro-centric (and Euro-funded) alliance that can protect itself. The good ole USA is tapped out.

The U.S. education, infrastructure, health care system is Broken farther than the outside world sees. It is because we spend SO MUCH money on defense.. we are at a point now in the U.S. that we are drawn to anyone that finally speaks out against what’s right and what’s wrong. We send billions and billions to other countries as we watch our entire middle class sink lower and lower because of the spending. First, it was done over a very long period of 200+ years. Not all in one go. And it was the British policies and laws implemented that killed 1.8 billion Indians, not that they were executed

The two main policies that wiped out 1.8 billion Indians are: 1: Allocation of food: Since the British were at war all the time, they didn't have people to do the farming. They made India do agriculture and then take it away. causing a massive famine every week. 2: Plundering of India's natural resources The British forced Indians to mine all the natural minerals in their country and carry them to the ports to be shipped back to England every day. extremely dangerous jobs, and these poor Indians weren't fed, and hundreds of millions succumbed to the exhaustion. The whole of India was ruled by only a handful of Britishers. Why India chose to never fight back baffles many to this day. Maybe India is just obedient by nature.
