He would have nothing to say. Every time he opens his mouth he spews lies. He would not be allowed to do so. He would be demolished if he took the stand. Trump understand this and only says he is going to testify because that is what he always says but never delivers. The only case he took the stand, is one that he had already lost and was for damages. He then spewed lies for 5 minutes before the judge cut him off. He wouldn't get 5 minutes in a criminal court.
