If you don't want your actions to be "too salacious" don't do them in the first case. Besides, describing the actions clearly goes to clearly present Trump's state of mind when he decided to pay to suppress the story in order to keep it from destroying his chances during the election. Which is exactly what the criminal case is about.

If this were a murder trial the facts regardless how horrifically graphic would still be stated in the courtroom just as the salaciousness of this case IS PART of the case so shouldn’t be the reason for a mistrial.
