That is actually a program that makes a ton of sense! I'm interested to see whether he will actually implement this in the future now that he has won the election.

Bernie used to support American tech workers but since then he left us and voted against us with the corporate lobby, American tech workers are replaced by low cost h1b visa employees in tech and other visa employees for other jobs. Ten thousands of American tech workers are unemployed and We American workers union voted Trump overwhelmingly

President Trump's immigration policy, focused on supporting international graduate students, is a step toward attracting talented individuals who can contribute significantly to the U.S. economy and society. By prioritizing skilled scholars over illegal immigrants, this policy will foster a more progressive environment, potentially creating one of the most advanced and innovative ecosystems since World War II. Countries should look to this initiative as an example of how investing in talent and education can lead to long-term economic growth and stability, much like how scientists and scholars from around the world have contributed to the U.S.'s leadership in research and development.

This is the "common sense" and best way to go about immigration. Australia, Canada and many other countries have better immigration pathways for students. Why not the US?

Trump strongly supports legal immigration, which he often mentioned in his speech for his supporters to grant those who came here legally.I think even though they're out of status as long as they graduated from a U.S. college degree, the Trump administration offers them a pathway to permanent residency automatically.

There are facts not being told here. The National Interest Waiver "WAS" a useful tool for high skilled professionals. But not anymore. Although you skip the PWD and Labor Certifications wait forced in PERMs, as of Visa Bulletin December 2024, the waiting time for your action date once your NIW is approved is almost 2 years!! That's not smooth. That's a nightmare. That's completely unfair for a highly skilled professional with National Interest. It means that the professional must still wait two years to apply for a green card, with an adjustment of status, meaning the applicant cannot travel outside the US and live in a intermediate status being restricted to loans, credit and bank accounts. The applicant is still a foreigner for Banks, Employers and Government Agencies. National Interest Waiver WAS a useful tool before 2022, but unfortunately actual federal administration completely broke it.

Hello Sir, Could you please help me with these questions? I have an approved NIW sponsored by my employer. My I-140 has an NIW and petitioner as my employer. If I change my employer do I need to apply for my I-140 with my new employer? Can I still use the NIW from my previous employer though I change my employer? If the NIW changes were to come and if I’m not with my current employer, will my I-140 be eligible? Thanks in advance!! Please help

every individual has a talent, this is a natural God gift. Speaking English doesn't mean being educated in my opinion. People should be rated on their talents and skills. People should also be rated on their characters and behaviors in any sociaty not only here. This immigration process is very emotional and stressful, something you feel like you useless even thought you have qualifications and good character

@@freeatlast3752 the only way to have a secure country is to know who goes in and out. If we have open borders and let people in without any due process, bad actors can easily infiltrate the country and we are already seeing this with the cartels, gangs, and human trafickers. A crime is a crime nonetheless, the victims are the people who immigrated to the country through lawful means. People should not be awarded for breaking the most universal laws.

@peanutbutter You are right but I was trying to tell how they see it ! You see a criminal because the law says it and I see someone who's sacrificing themselves to feed the rest of family !
