That's exactly what it is. The FAQ says the pictures are only an illustration and real watch may have variations, and there is no promise of delivery time. Which all points to these watches will be made to order from a maker that can't guaranty consistency. Even if he have a 10x mark up there's no way Trump would "invest" $1,5M in having 147 of these made.

Tourbillon is French and is pronounced Tour-be-on. I think it just means a bit of the workings are visible through the face. I hardly know anything about watches but the Trump watch looks really crappy. I wouldn't want one for free (just checked - Tourbillon means that its accuracy is maintained by a rotating cage encasing the balance wheel - usually displayed by an opening on the face)

It appears similar to the Seagull brand from China. I read that if 60% of parts are Swiss origin you can call it "Swiss Made". Note that this is a ratio so if the case, crystal, etc are Chinese but the 47 screws and 21 jewels are procured from Switzerland - its legit to call it Swiss Made. The other designation allowance is assembled in Switzerland with foreign parts. Lest anyone panic, realize that watches are not a huge market now that there are Smart watches and cellphones. So its a much smaller "Status" market. As such the number of companies making precision watch movements is down to a handful due to mergers and consolidation. Final note - the website states the watch MAY NOT MATCH the image shown. So a classic Trump grift it would appear. Someone has to do a video of all of them - it won't be a short.
