He does but is not liquid, so if he sells assets to cover the bond he'll end up spending more money, cause he has to pay taxes 40% (something he has never done)and whatever mortgage is left on the property, so whatever is left after paying all his bills goes for the judgment, so he'll be left with less than his real worth that is about 2 to 3 billion dollars, cause when you add up all his up coming expenses adding lawyers fees might be about 1 billion. He has money but he is screw cause he needs the money to get more money and if gets rid of his assets his cash flow will stop on his tracks and all his business will probably fall on a dominoes effect.
