Trump says states might monitor pregnancies to track abortions

When asked by TIME Magazine if states should monitor women's pregnancies to track abortions, former President Donald Trump said: "I think they might do that. Well, when the government provide "free" healthcare, then most pregnant women would be "monitored" by the government. At one time, what happened within a marriage was not considered the governments business But they the "women" demanded that the marriage defense against rape be disabled. They don’t even care about fetuses either since women won’t be going for care that’s necessary to ensure a healthy pregnancy because even if the pregnancy is wanted, anything can happen, and even if it’s not of her own doing, he’s implying that she and/or the doctor should be punished for a miscarriage.

Im sure alot of women go to a doctor when they find out theyre pregnant, so i think thats how they would go about that. I highly doubt this would happen, but then again, arizona did tey to keep a law that was over 150 years old so idk wjat to think anymore

Will these authoritarian states demand teen and college age boys and their families pay for the young mothers medical expenses snd subsequent child support? There are good reasons to "monitor" abortions and pregnancies. That's especially true when the women is below the age of consent. If a 17 yo girl has a live birth or an abortion, someone got her pregnant. If it's an adult, perhaps criminal prosecutions are in order. If a minor, the "family court" folks should be involved.
