Texas electioneering laws prohibit people from wearing anything that displays a political party, candidate name or ballot issue, which includes shirts, hats, buttons and stickers. In many places, this isn’t allowed within 50 to 100 feet of the entrance to a voting site. People pretending to not know the law is not going to get you out of trouble.

That's always been the role since I've been voting since 1990 no campaigns or candidate items on your person. You may have a list of voters that you wish to vote for.

I hope KATV will follow up on this story. The Judge asking for his ballot is very concerning. Please check and make sure your ballot is indeed recorded. Regardless of clothing, his vote should be validated. Bet the judge is Democrat.
