The very definition of electioneering. It’s in every election code of every state. If a voter refuses to turn away or change the shirt, the poll worker should have forced him to vote provisionally, and voter would be listed as challenged so the county would investigate later. This would protect the privacy of the voters ballot and also give the county time to investigate. I’ve had to make a voter vote outside the electioneer limit using a clip board one time and took the provisional envelope with the ballot from him after he was done filling the ballot out. Electioneering is illegal bc the vote center is a neutral zone. The Supreme Court has already ruled that limits to free speech in order to support a free and fair election free of voter intimidation. And also to clarify, if Trump wasn’t on the ballot it wouldn’t be electioneering.
