I don't think his numbers of aid are correct at all. My understanding is aid is roughly equal between Europe and the US at this point. Most of what the US is giving is old military equipment (cluster shells, Bradleys) that are due to be destroyed/replaced. Europe is giving more cash.

This is how I see things happening. The USA and some other countries give billions in aid to Ukraine. In turn Ukraine buy weapons off of military companies predominantly in the USA but a few other countries too. So aid money is going back into the states.
