The government has really called things more difficult for its citizens, and we can't sit back and bear all the consequences of the bad governance. It's obvious we are headed for inflation,it is always the poor who take the hit.

My New Zealand Friend: Not all of Americans are crazy and support tRUMP. I, for one, hate that man. I don't hate, as a general rule. It's an ugly emotion. But the damages he has caused, the divisions he has created between our citizens is unbelievably horrible. He creates hate. He's violated every single one of the 10 Comandments-- that he supposedly believes in. ( they are a good set of decent behaviors, but I'm not religious). He is an international embarrassment, and I apologize that he's making us look so badly. Unfortunately, he has insane supporters in our government that ALL should be thrown out of the government immediately, if not sooner! Watching and listening to all the horrendous things he has done, how he has mocked our disabled, and insulted our war heroes, and continues to insult every race, creed, color, ability, etc, etc. I just don't believe he will be reelected. I am well-prepared for the lunacy that may ensue. Then, when the dust clears, I believe we'll be okay. 😀

I'm also from New Zealand, I think Dr Phil should not get involve with things that are obviously way over head. He's really not even good psychologist because for one he's avoiding talking about how Trump mental health (no one thought of that yet). Trump his a major disordered mind already mentioned by many. Why Dr Phil supporting Trump by repeating what all Trump's followers are saying. He's also making out like he's not wanting to the choose GOP when it's obvious he's totally is, he's lieing. He makes me sick for trying to fool the public.

I followed the case carefully and I am so sad Dr Phil choose propaganda over the truth, most of what they are saying is misleading or totally false. The crime is diversion of campaign money (430.000$), not sex or hush money and hard evidence (backed by all the witnesses, good and not so good) proved Trump guilty.

HE IS LYING to you FACTS: * the trial made clear the sex (or no sex) was between Stormy, Trump , his wife and God, not illegal and not the offense. * the trial made clear the hush money paid by the National Enquirer was not illegal, neither was reimbursing it, but because Trump wanted it secret it could not be campaign money, still not wanting to pay out of his own pocket Trump created a scam *And here is the crime : Trump took and hide $400.000 of campaign money in an illegal scheme. Basically stealing the money.

If you like 'moral' people, how can you support Trump? He has bragged about grabbing women's crotches (think of your wife, daughter, mother), he openly mocked a disabled man, he said 'I like people who don't get caught' about John McCain being a prisoner of war while dodging the draft himself. He cheated on his pregnant wife with a porn star. Note Melania's absence during the trial. Incited Jan. 6th where 2 people died: but you 'support morality'? Do you even know the meaning of the word? Oh, the icing on the cake was Trump saying Putin was 'a good guy'. Look up the fatality number of those who have died in Ukraine; think Navalty! THINK, period! I expect my comment to be removed...

I’m a Christian as well. Huge red flags that have been raised for me when it comes to trump. It deeply concerns me when I hear him say that “I’m not sure that I’ve ever really asked for forgiveness if when I’m not making mistakes. I eat my little cracker and drink the wine”. When pressed in interviews about his personal relationship with God he can only say that “he has a great relationship with the evangelicals, and religion is great because it makes you want to be good so you can go to Heaven”. It concerns me when I hear trump refer to himself as “the chosen one”. Trump promises that he will be our “retribution”. That goes against God’s teachings. I’m extremely concerned that we’re barreling towards an authoritarian form of government. That isn’t what my dad and his crew, and so many others have laid their lives on the line to prevent.

@Frenchblue8
@Frenchblue8 3 ай бұрын
@@-__Shadow__- when it comes to Trump and the four indictments and 88 charges, 34 of which have now been adjudicated guilty.... lawfare isn't a thing. Trump committed every single crime he's charged with, and some of them he committed right in front of everybody and /or admitted to it, and/ or there are witnesses and/ or co-defendants who have testified to it UNDER OATH, upon pain of perjury. If you would actually read any of the indictments~all four of which had been intentionally written so that a person with a high school education or its equivalent could follow and understand them, they were written in what's called a narrative or story style. When you ACTUALLY read the indictments, just do it one at a time~all the charges are explained thoroughly and the evidence is there right there all in all the different ways that Trump broke these laws, laws that are already on the books. His former White House legal counsel, ty Cobb, came on Fox and I believe also CNN and or MSNBC and said so. Tons of Republicans and former legal analysts former judges, and some of them even former Trump supporters have said so. Judge Michael Luttig, also Professor emeritus, at I believe Harvard, Laurence Tribe are just two of the globally recognized legal scholars who have been interviewed and have written about Trump's indictments, in very very specific detail. When Trump comes out in the courtroom with his little picture pages that wete mostly meant to keep him busy~because his attorneys know how much he loves reading his own good press~ so he doesn't fall asleep in the courtroom(it didn't work) and talks about how all the legal scholars in blah blah blah he's lying, although I'm sure that doesn't exactly shock you. So no there's no lawfare although Trump and fox love telling you that, even they know it isn't true. President Biden is a man of integrity and while Donald Trump has a very difficult time trying to understand people like that, people who have integrity~don't forget he's the same feckless traitorous coward who accused his own vice president of being "too honest" WTF?? So Trump may not understand it~just the same way he doesn't understand people who volunteered to risk their lives for their country and for our freedoms in our American military~still knows that Biden would never do it he knows that the President is one of those two honest people who actually lives by the rule of law, and will not use any influence even on his own family. He's letting the rule of law an American Justice do that job~because he actually is a patriotic American in understand that the laws apply to everyone and no one is above it. In fact we have a President who isn't even sending any sort of legal or presidential life preserver to his own son. If he's not going to save Hunter he didn't do anything to Trump. Trump is being held accountable for the crimes he committed. Believe me, our President would have FAR preferred if Donald Trump hadn't committed any of them. He's the President of the United States and, things to Trump's disloyalty to our country and betrayal of the American people, Trump's total and complete negation of the office of the president, President Biden now has to worry about what secrets, what top tier, extremely serious, international security classified information about our government and our military is out there now, thanks to the orange criminal and village idiot who would sell his country under the nearest bus for a dime. And unfortunately, probably already has. But listen to the audio tape yourself and tell yourself you're not actually hearing what your ears are actually hearing and then transmitting to your brain. It is thought provoking to listen to two brilliant minds dissect the issues at hand. Clear, concise arguments (without ever going to a shrill voice), unfolded for each viewer's/listener's opportunity to understand the complexities involved, and the ramifications of the process that is before the judicial system. When listening to opposing conversations elsewhere, there is no such calm, rational dissection of the evidence or the irregularities that are before the court. I suppose it is an example of the times, when you see University administrators pandering to special (left) interests, keeping quiet about attacks against individuals of opposing viewpoints, and the reduction in law enforcement when the perpetrators are left leaning, despite the potential for those groups to create the conditions for violence and property damage. I hope the USA has it in it's ability to see the horrible system created in the last several years for what it truly is: a path towards self-destruction. Russia, Venezuela, Cuba, North Korea, are examples of directions the USA should not go.

Thank you Dr. Phil for standing up and giving a voice to reason and honesty!! A good majority of us in the Us feel we have no chance or voice against those in power. We are no longer able to give a voice of reason or different opinion. Honestly, I have given up on ever getting back what made the United States so special. It was never a perfect country but a country that my family was willing to serve and give their life for the freedoms we hold so dear. I no longer feel we have a fair and honest government. Our young people growing up now only get a one sided picture. So many of us feel we have lost our country. We have listened to Robert Kennedy Jr. a lot. We respect him and think he is a honest man having many great ideas and wanting to truly help people and this country. Even his party has turned against him. Again, so many of us are depressed and feel like we have been takin over by a socialist communistic government. It is scary what is happening.

A chart of accounts (C/A) are a group of "buckets" that income or expenses get placed into. They can very granular or very loose. The C/A is used by the General Ledger (G/L) to group together related income or expenses. You are correct as to payments to a law firm as being grouped together as "legal expenses". The law firm has their own accounting system as to where the income should be applied to ie Cases. This is where income can be tracked. When you set up an accounting system, you identify payees to where they fit into the C/A. For example in this case we have Michael Cohen law firm. This is a company (or person) that is an EXPENSE to you, and the category would be "legal expense" therefore when you write a check to Michael Cohen thr system will apply it to "legal expense"

@knic7 yet attorney's from all over have stated there was NO legal basis and NO crime committed. They state that Bragg had absolutely NO crime to prosecute. Problem that people don't seem to understand is that if they can prosecute DJT for committing NO crime, then they'll do it to others who commit NO crime. They did set a precedent though. Meaning they did this to a previously sitting President so that means other previously sitting Presidents can be investigated and charge with so-called crimes. Prosecuting your political opponent because you're terrified that you'll lose it a sick and twisted thing to do. There has been an Agenda in motion for decades and DJT derailed it during his term. They could NOT let that happen so they chose to invent fake crimes to stop him from running. Guess what happens in the next step, authoritarian rule. It has happened in other countries and the steps have already been checked off along the way. They cannot allow DJT any sort of opportunity as he will destroy their plans. It is documented all over in reports, gathering of countries and by places such as the UN as to what the Agenda encompasses. Why do you think Biden was put in office? Because he is nothing more than a puppet and wouldn't fight against or oppose the things the Elite want forced on the peasants.

What falsehoods are you referring to? Did you follow the proceedings closely? Are you aware that the witness Michael Cohen spent 21 hours on the stand? There were loads of witnesses, all corroborating every fact, every event in a chain, which told the story of what happened. Let's assume that the prosecution actually wanted to get to Trump, one way or the other. Ok, that's what prosecutors do, if they believe someone committed a crime, they start digging, and if they find something they can prove beyond reasonable doubt , and convince a jury to convict? Then what? It means he DID HIS JOB, HE DID WHAT HE'S SUPPOSED TO DO. The convict is a FELON, whether you like it or not. If it's your dad or your brother, or your candidate for president, being convicted? I get it, you don't LIKE it. @YisroeAvrahm But, controlling the the courtroom and the process is literally the duty of the judge so it doesn't become one of those flying-money circuses that Trump likes to create to distract people from the real truth. But, another of his responsibilities is to ensure that the defendant gets a fair trial, not a circus.

Well I'm sure it was punishing to him He told us every day that it was by complaining about a 74° courtroom (more than one journalist brought room temperature reading devices in because they knew they weren't cold) In fact the heat was turned back on JUST FOR Trump, because most government buildings in all the states have the heat officially shut off on April 15th and turned back on on October 15th whether it's needed or not. They turned it back on for this whining infant when very few other people were actually complaining that they were cold in the courtroom. And if he was cold all he had to do was take a fashion tip from his pal fellow criminal Steve Bannon and layer a little bit. So yes I'm sure the process was punishing to poor little victim Donny the first grade name-calling toddler(who hasn't the first clue of what being a GENUINE victim actually is about. Maybe he needs to have a little visit to St Jude's and watch families truly suffering praying their 18-month-old babies, victim of any number of types of cancers will survive to see their second birthdays) But the real punishment will come on July 11th. Nobody knows what the judge will do. But he has already cut that soulless huskTrump so many many breaks and so much latitude... He probably will end up giving Trump prison time, only because of Trump's lack of remorse, his complete inability to take accountability for his crimes, for never acknowledging any of the slack the judge cut him again and again and again, and the fact that he was never actually held accountable for the 11 counts of defiance of every gag order.( The brainless village idiot is also defaming E.Jean Caroll.... AGAIN!!) Every judge will include those things in his/her sentencing decisions cell I hope he gives Trump at the very least 6 months.

@@coleensalinas92because accepting hush money isn't a crime. Just as paying hush money isn't a crime~UNLESS YOU ARE DOING IT AS PART AND PARCEL OF A FELONY. Which is what the Trump cult members, even the ones that are attorneys, are claiming they don't understand But clearly you know nothing about the case. She didn't ask for any money and she didn't want any but she was afraid if she didn't take it they would have her harmed or they would hurt her child. She had a baby by then, she didn't in 2006. She was afraid if she didn't take a decent amount of money she would have said yes to anything they offered by the way, that they wouldn't believe she would not talk. The fact was that before that she didn't care for Trump and after that night Trump literally made her sick. She didn't know she was married or not or that he had a newborn baby and he certainly didn't share that fact if he even remembered it. Whatever your opinion about p*** film actors, is irrelevant. The jury like and believed Stormy Daniels because she is a woman of integrity. That what is a parent in her testimony. It is also apparent in every interview with her of any substance. I'm not talking about Jimmy Kimmel dial comedic chitter chatter for entertainment. When she's really speaking from the heart about this which is something she would give anything for it to have never happened.

What about Trump's right to a fair trial under the Sixth Amendment? -particularly the right to be informed of the charges against him?
@Jackie371
@Jackie371 3 ай бұрын
He got a fair trial. His lawyers were part of the process of selecting jurors. The jurors heard the evidence that he wanted to hide the affair with a porn star that was about to come out days before the election. So, he had his lawyer pay her off, she accepted, and then he and his top guy, Weinstein, paid the lawyer (Cohen) extra money to cover the taxes he'd have to pay on the money Trump was paying him back that they recorded as "income", which was also a business records and tax fraud. All this was election interference.

He was informed of the charges against him. You're just not being fully informed about this case. This attorney does not appear to be experienced in this kind of prosecution Nora was he an attendance at the trial. So all you're getting is speculation most likely from a defense attorney who was not employed to represent the defendant nor was he in attendance at the trial and he has not interviewed any of the attorneys or the members of the jury. You would be better off buying snake oil.

@@lizliz4186 It’s only a violation of campaign finance law if it was in fact a campaign expense. It’s only a campaign expense if it’s the type of payment that would ONLY EVER be made to further a campaign (e.g. polling, staff, etc.) Clearly, hush money payments are routinely made for purposes other than campaigns, thus the payment cannot be classified as a campaign expense and was rightly marked as a legal expense.
