Trump vows to ‘keep fighting’ after guilty verdict: 'Our country has gone to hell'

Donald Trump has vowed to “keep fighting” after he was found guilty of all counts in his New York hush money trial.
Mr Trump looked furious after he left the courtroom where he became the first former president to be convicted of a crime.
He declared to reporters outside the Manhattan courthouse on Thursday night that he was a “very innocent man” and said America has “gone to hell”.
Repeatedly lashing out at Juan Merchan, who presided over the case, as a “conflicted” judge, he claimed: “This was a rigged disgraceful trial.”
“The real verdict is going to be November 5 by the people,” he said, referring to the date of the presidential election. A criminal conviction does not disqualify him from running for president or taking office if elected.

That’s not true at all. He was convicted of falsifying business records (false invoices for reimbursements to his lawyer) in order to be able to deduct those expenses from his taxable income, which is a misdemeanor, that in reality should have been charged to his presidential election campaign, which makes those same payments and false invoices a violation of New York campaign finance laws, which is a felony. In other words, The Donald is so accustomed to committing crimes, that he’s even capable of committing more than one crime at a time. Consequently, he was duly, rightly and justly convicted in court yesterday.

DJT was tried fairly and justly in the the same place where he conducted his criminal business for years and was convicted by a jury of his peers, which was the same jury that his legal team chose and accepted. He has no one to blame but himself for this conviction. In addition, he likely still would have been convicted if this same trial had been held in Florida. Everyone must remember that The Donald is being prosecuted in Florida for having stolen classified documents and obstructed justice because a grand jury, made up of Floridians, has already found the evidence against him in that case to be compelling enough to prosecute him. Consequently, anyone making inane and delusional comments, here below, implying that DJT is innocent needs to seriously analyze their own consumption of information and personal personal biases, which are clearly and negatively affecting their ability to engage in rational thought processes.
