JVL, if I may offer a suggestion for your video setup: you might consider an LED panel light instead of a ring light to avoid the "Glowing Mr. Burns" circular catch-lights in the center of your eyes. You could also move the ring light up and to the side so that the catch-lights at least aren't directly centered over your pupils. You can see the specular reflection in Tim's eyes just look like he's sitting in front of a window (which might actually be the case, but I suspect it's a light panel since it's always perfectly consistent exposure). Great podcast as always.
