I have a variation of this deck that I like. You keep all of the weapon cards, but also add in the good taunt cards and bolster. You also have just enough 1 damage cards to activate some acolytes. Early game you keep a weapon going to clear everything your opponent plays for the first 4-5 turns while playing some acolytes and getting card draw. Mid game you pump out your taunts and bolster and hope to win. It can win a few games. It's not the best deck, but it's one of the only ways I've been able to get bolster warrior to work. Drawing cards in the wrong order screws you though. No weapon first 3 turns means game over almost every time.

Actually, Upgrade is not "basically +3 dmg". On Win Axe it adds 6 dmg, on Arcanite Reaper it adds 8 dmg. Weapon from Arathi Smith is only 5 added dmg.

i play pirate warrior and i believe that the sky capn legendary is actually really good and a must have for pirate decks.. you also may need to put an acolyte or 2 for some draw.

+David LeGal Not really if you are going aggro like Trump is. At 7 Mana you are usually not trying to control the board anymore, and in terms of face-damage Arcanite Reaper is simply better (15 DMG for 5 Mana or 18 for 6 with Upgrade compared to 7 for 7 or 16 for 8).

Both valid points to a degree. IMO the problem with face decks and Trump is that he plans too far ahead, playing around stuff and whatnot. In most cases that is the best strategy, but with face decks you just have to take risks to win fast, and if you don't, you most likely wouldn't have won anyway over more turns.

i have been playing this drck and its more like a midrange deck not a face one. you need to do early favourable trade to develop the board and actually win with heave chargers and heavy weapons. the feary war axes are more of a board control and rarly removal not to do early face dmg
