In a handbuff deck you want the Grimestreet Outfitter so there's 2 cost cards in the deck already.

Aggressive buff preist is actually quite an interesting deck, but it cannot really run spells as they are just not letting it make its board harder to kill, holy nova is playable, but really the deck just needs a tunnel trogg and it'll be good. The minions hp gets so high that your opponent has no good trades.

Gabriel Halperin what I ment was a broken one drop, like say putricide's one mana ooze but with divine shield or two hp(just another one mana 1/3 with an ok effect would suffice). You don't tend to heal for much depending on which version you play(there is like 20 flex slots, but like it is kinda like two different deck types, more miricle aggro to midrange)

so the reason why the hand buff mechanic is so weak is two fold. there's the value/tempo argument to make, like not playing cards look hit more buffs, and this type of play style also puts this type of deck at an extreme disadvantage during topdeck wars. and then let's also mention the restrictive nature of deck building, and this hasn't as big of deal in HS but having a deck full of creatures usually gives you a less interactive strategy, as in you play a unit and say go, and coupled with the hero power that only lets you play a 1/1 minion and it really becomes clear that the big is sorely missing the tools it needs for any consistency. i love to see people trying new concepts, but after trying a similar thing in different ccg (eternal) and given this style of play some though, that was the decision i came to, as two similar effects in two separate games share the same flaws, it must be that the mechanic itself is inherently weak due its inconsistency, style of play, and restrictive deck building, so it will never be good unless an absolute broken card is introduced and no one wants that

Reiguin not until anytime soon sadly, trump only plays DD when he has some spare time to shave off during his streams however the new expansion means that he doesn't really have time for DD, nor 999 or XCOM for that matter so maybe DD will come when KFT becomes stale.

Yeah, he's primary a HS streamer. Though I do think it's silly to start some challenge or a playthrough and not finish it, feels like a worse Cliffhanger than Attack on Titans anime ending. And if I'm honest KFT already feels stale for some reason, the same old decks with just a few new tools, hoped to see some interesting new decks emerge.

Reiguin yeah trust me I've been playing hs since early naxx now and the game's core mechanics have always been the exact same stale old mechanics, it's just that every new expansion tries to make these mechanics look new. I also totally agree that he should continue the DD run, in my opinion it was probably some of the best content he made even if it didn't garner as many views as hs.
