Trunk Leaking Problem FIX on Nissan Skyline R33

Mine was leaking from the tail lights but I sealed up the rain channels too. Good little trick on the bags over the lights lol.

Looks like this might be the issue I'm having also, I have water coming through on the left side and moist along the ridges like pointed out in this video. If you regularly park on slopes/inclines it looks like your tail light is leaking (water runs down the ridges onto the tail light, then onto the boot and into the tyre well)

iSlyFox TRUNK LEAK FIX NO BS, THIS IS FOR 1997 NISSAN SENTRA, ok so i just found out today 5/30/2015, that the leak is from the taillights and the trim rail thats on the bottom of the window WHICH I SEE THE SKYLINE HAS THE SAME 7 SCREW ALSO, RTV around the taillights, this is for the trim rail.....take out the 7 screws from the trim rail, pull out trim rail, reseal the screw holders with RTV all around the four edges theres two yellow and five white screw holders, then RTV the screws threads when you install them four extra seal and this will fix all your problems, took me a 2 years to find the problem with all the rain we've been having

wow, wil it fix? i have this problem now 2 years. i chek it today. some pepole say it is the tail light but from were i can see the wet places has nothing to do with the taillights. thanks alot.

can anyone shine some light on how to flip open the boot badge and reveal the keyhole? mines stubborn and I'm not sure if its just an aftermarket bandaid or I'm just doing it wrong. it could be a bit seized but It shouldn't be this hard to open

actually all trunk leaks are caused by spoiler seals lol.
