What saddens me about Valve's decisions is that we are getting no real results in the fight against cheaters. Trust factor, Trusted mode, Prime Matchmaking, all of that is not giving results at all, AND THEN they add a stats window so that you can hopefully learn and improve, BUT you have to pay for it. The idea is great, this is a good add to the game, but it's useless in Matchmaking's current state. You can't really aim for improvement when you constantly have to be paranoid about someone in the other team cheating and you are often considering quitting because of it. Valve, please fix.

While I like the road to global series, inside the mind of a global elite is still my favorite. The way u explain what your doing both live and in post is a great way to learn CS. I play matchmaking still because services like faceit or ESEA are still a bit above my skill level, and inside the mind is probably one of my favorite ways to get better. It's a combination of thinking about positioning, utility, and predicting the enemy, and especially those mistakes that make them so useful.

Probably because of how the company is structured inherently. The part with p90, how they play and that it's one of the highest ranks, yet feels like gold nova is so true. I like to play against faceit level 10 player and any other high skilled player because you can play the meta. Recently I've made it to LEM (how, idk), even if I am surely not playing like a true LEM. And it saddens me knowing that to reach higher levels you either have to be really good and you have to cheat. I got the feeling that trust factor gets reseted on a daily bases. The first Match you played in your current session, is the one you played with neutral trust factor. Depending on who reported who in this Match, the trust factor gets ajusted. And every Match further in your current session, will further ajust your trust factor.

@@Baja-B nah. I've played against several faceit level 10s who were smurfing in MM. They play very differently even than people who are legit cheating. It's always obvious when someone is using walls. It's also obvious when people are flat out way better than you. The faceit level 10 smurfs play with the same info as you and I, they just hit their shots more accurately. People with walls know shit they otherwise shouldn't and play in an erratic way. Like they get into positions that only someone with walls would think to get into.

LEM is actually very weird rank. In LEM you can find great players that are lvl10 on FACEIT, but not playing MM so they are staying in LEM. Or you can find players that barely got that rank (skill group) and they are no better than DMG or MGE. I know a guy who is LEM but lvl 3 on FACEIT. Very weird skill group.

I lost 8 straight matches to cheaters the day valve tweeted that 2 spinbots, we surrendered, others had wallers and aim lockers even in my team(we are 3 friends, 2 randoms), should've stopped after 3 but stupid me was hoping that this game was finally the last game against cheaters, and then started tilting, lost 2 ranks, still stuck there, I don't trust valve with csgo anymore, their incompetency is just sad, i used to defend valve's actions but all these years and no working system against cheaters, its time to sell it to some other developers who will actually work on matchmaking , if you actually read what people say you must know that nobody is happy with cheaters in matchmaking, thank you valve, pls fix

Jeff, if your not opposed to having high ping, try doing this on NA servers. I am from America, but play on Eu servers because it's so much easier, and thus more fun for me and my friends. Maybe you will enjoy na cs more.

I am pretty sure that proper anti-cheat, mm and servers are all being saved as main features of the next Counter Strike release - it's difficult to think of much else they could do that would distinguish it enough from CS:GO...

I feel you bro. I've got a good trust factor and ranked up to LEM and I've just decided to stop CS yesterday. Selling all my inventory. It's just too frustrating to play against hackers, there's no point anymore. I love CS with all my heart but it's just too frustrating. Even when you play against guys who are just better, there's always going to be a doubt that they might be "soft hacking". Regarding your issue, I wouldn't mind seeing a soloqueu to Faceit level 10 maybe?
