Yup. Having someone trust worthy regularly visiting holiday homes especially is an added value to the client that doesn't cost us anything. It gives peace of mind that someone is keeping an eye open for any problems and isn't blabbing too much info to all and sundry.

Great video, I would add how you conduct yourself ( or your employees ) whilst on site is so important. I have overheard other gardening companies from 2 gardens away swearing, if I can hear them I am sure the customer can too.

Definitely agree👍 while in gardens, especially private clients you gotta have some professional standards. Bit of fun is ok as people like that but, on your phone with a cigarette trying to hide away from doing the job is a no for me. There's plenty around that don't care tho

Yes, they can't do some of the work petrol does but between the two we get it all done

I agree it all build on trust and you have obviously been raised with a good work ethic. However due to the modern world we live in I'll give you a bit of advance don't show the inside of your van and your tools. Thief's are watching these types of channels and then finding your location and breaking into your lockup or van and jackpot

Good advice there mate, nothing stays on the van overnight and everything isn't stored at one location luckily. Had a van go walkabout before and even the van now has added extras. Leaving kit unattended is one the one thing I give the look for😬
