I've played the mod since 2014, played the SA when it came out, took a break and started playing again a month ago, and I've never seen someone die from hitting a tree at only 30 KPH. Not sure if they've patched it on PC but on console if you take a running jump through any window you can fit through, you'll go through it. I always go into houses when being chased, run to the second floor and hop out the window. Works 90% of the time. People think I'm still up there and are waiting out front and I circle around and flank.
