As per me any NRI or OCI wants to return in india, as an indian who have lived in many cities and i m just 22 so my views can match with the kids too and also to job seekers as i have just placed and yes i like less crowded, clean cities so for me Indore is the best option and it's nothing to do with any bias I am a bihari so i have seen worst part of india too, So yes for high standerd of living, clean city, safe city,less traffic, good schools, hospital and colleges and also good for job seekers. And also for north indians hindi is the big factor. other than that Bangalore and Pune is the good option as per your preference.
