Usher has been solidified as one of the greatest R&B/Pop male stars of his generation. His notable album, Confessions, almost went double platinum...(which is rare for an R&B album in the 2000s to sell that much). His album sales are now lower then ever and his new songs dont even chart on billboard anymore and when some of them do, they dont even reach the top 30.
