Valuable tips. I wanted to upgrade my 2015 Hyundai Sonata to an Audi or a new Subaru that I like, but now being months away from paying it off is the best feeling. I'm so excited thinking about paying that money to myself and increasing savings!! I've been taking better care of my car, starting a car maintenance fund so that I can properly maintain it until it literally dies. That is the only way I'm getting a new car. Also, It was refreshing to hear a man say he is looking forward to his future relationship and just improving relationships in general. let me tell you some truth ... i have been in both positions too much time away working and too much time at home there has to be a balance now i am 42 going on 43 and just realizing how important wealth is and how you will never get there working for somebody else ..... it's ok ima gonna make ish happen no doubt but if there is one piece of advice i can give from experience is you gotta get smart about money and you gotta go after it and you gotta teach your kids about it ... and there is gonna be risk if your gonna get there but you gotta buckle down in do it. take that for what you will
