The Bread of Life - Part Two

In seasons of doubt or discouragement, how do we know our faith is secure? In John 6, Jesus spoke of the vast wonder of saving faith, declaring Himself to be “the bread of life.” Whoever comes to Him and believes in Him, He said, will not hunger or thirst, nor will they ever be cast out. Examining these remarkable and reassuring words, Alistair Begg reminds us that our salvation is grounded in the will of God, given by the Father, and redeemed and kept for all eternity by the Son.

Father hear my prayers. I’m losing hope. My husband is with you I still miss him even after all these years. These pass three years have been difficult. At times I feel so alone especially as a single mom. Since suffering a heart attack two years ago and my on going battle with lupus I’m overwhelmed. Both of my sons are autistic. I’m now homeschooling them so my hours to work are limited. BUT I TRUST YOU LORD! I keep faith even as I constantly struggle to provide for my kids and I constantly struggle to buy groceries. I receive hate for sharing my testimony. My testimony is one of faith. No matter what we are facing God will give us strength to over come. Thankfully I have you Lord! I know I’m not alone. Faith over fear!

Continue to lean on Christ he is faithful, my sister lost her husband 2 years ago, she says Christ has been her refuge and strength, her peace and Joy in time of struggles, please hold on to Christ till he comes, till you finally see him face to face, what a day that will be.😊
