Hi prof.. i have a question.. why wont the cash increase by 10,000 since we have unearned rev of 10k in J/E (e) ? Kindly clarify. TIA :)

Remember, with unearned rev, we receive our cash BEFORE we earn the rev. So in this case, we would DR Cash when we received it (months ago), not at fiscal year end, when we are simply recording how much revenue has been earned since the time the cash was received.
