TRX4M Utility Trailer, and thoughts after doing Upgrades

Great video! I have the TRX4M Defender and Bronco too. I put the stiffer spring set on the back of both vehicles to keep them sitting level. I also went to 25 wt shock oil. So far I'm happy that set up.

First thing I did was pull the Traxxas sticker off the back of my trailer. I prefer the clean look even on my 1:1

Well as I sit watching this I’m waiting for my Silver Defender M & the 1:18 scale Axial Capra. I just saw the Treal wheels actually labeled for the M series so not only will Traxxas have upgrades the aftermarket is going to have lots of parts coming. The 1:18 Capra which is absolutely bigger is the one I’m waiting on. I’ve already got metal beadlocks coming & got the upper/ lower metal links but the overdrive gears & all other parts are already on back order. But the Capra was 250$ & I hear the full size 2 wheel Capra is going to be on sale for 299$ so had I waited I may have gotten the 1:10 scale 2 wheel drive but I already have the new 4 wheel steer Capra so this one will be its little buddy.

Your right ! The price point for this rig great Uncle Lee! That trailer is pretty sweet too. One thing it ( trailer) needs to finish it off is a light kit for it as well! Great job on this demonstration brother!✌🏻😎🤘🏻

I bought some heavy springs for my SCX 24 C10(with the "slide in" camper I got, it droops too. That trailer is nice! Look nice behind the Jeep as well! Worth looking into.

I have the exact same rig. Did almost the exact same upgrades. Absolutely loving it so far. Also bought the trailer. Looking for an ATV or something to put in it. But....that hitch catches on everything! Might not want it on there when actually crawling. Just letting others know.

didnt have one when I purchased mine, looks cool. Also if you take your shocks apart make sure everything is there, 3 out of 4 of my shocks was missing the piston and eclips, traxxas is sending me some new ones 👍

I like the trailer a lot. I just wish that the hitch was mounted higher on the bumper cause it hangs up on everything. Also I got to figure out how to mount the hitch so it’s a quick release

Flubber stuffers makes a high clearance hitch mount and a lift kit for the trailer. Maybe that stiff will help you

I got a useful tip for everyone. A tqi transmitter (standard Traxxas radio) can bound by holding the set button as you power it up on the radio and then holding the set button on the trx4m receiver/esc as you plug in the battery. Now you'll be able to set endpoints
