Wow, look like you found some really good food there. I think Hoan 0:04 Kiem Lake on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night with the road blocked off for pedestrians is a great idea. So many locals and tourists, young and old people can gather and enjoy the festive atmosphere in such a safe environment. I like Vietnam having a lot of small mom and pop eateries and cafes too. The owners take pride in their food instead of the replica and sterile franchise restaurants that lack characteristic. Thank you for taking the time to film, edit and post the videos as I know it takes a lot of time and energy from your travel.
