It's a taste that no one can dislike.
Just eat it as a salad,
Eat it as a sandwich,
If bread is a burden,
It's delicious even when eaten crispy with a tortilla.
Sandwiches are delicious even when eaten cold.
It's a great dish to make the day before, refrigerate, and pack for lunch.
*** Measurements are using scales (g), tablespoons (Tbsp), and teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)

✤ Ingredients
- 2 Medium sized potatoes
- 4 Boiled eggs
- 3Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1Tbsp Honey mustard
- 2 Pinches Salt
- 2tsp sugar
- Pepper powder
- Half a small cucumber
- 1/4 carrot
- 2 slices sandwich bread
- 1 wheat tortilla
✤ TIP
- Potatoes and carrots can be boiled or blanched in water.
- Tortillas become soggy if stored for a long time. Bake again in the pan.
- If you eat it with your eyes closed, it doesn’t taste like carrots.

It looks like a great recipe, thank you for posting; I’m going to make this sandwich for lunch. My only disagreement is whether thick sandwiches are best, because they do not work for me. I can’t open my mouth wide enough to eat this sandwich, and it’s impossible to eat neatly. Of course, your kitchen, your rules, your preferences apply.

Cut half of cucumber thinly Add salt and water Dissolve salt and marinate 10 mins Cut 2 medium potatoes into small pieces Add small pieces of 1/4 carrot Microwave for perhaps 10 minutes Mash into large chunks Mash 4 boiled eggs Drain water from cucumber (rinse salt off if needed and then drain the water) Add everything together 2 tbs sugar 3tbs mayo 1 tbs honey mustard 2 pinch of salt Black Pepper Can add mayo onto one side of slices for adhesion

I think hot egg salad sounds gross. If it does to you to you can toast the tortillas first. then add the filling to the tortillas after they’ve been toasted. Still get that crunch and chew but no hot egg and cucumber salad!
