Recipe
20 fish balls (cut into halves)
5 eggs
10 cloves of garlic (pounded)
2 tbs oyster sauce
5 tbs dark soy sauce
5 tbs light soy sauce
20 dried chillies (soaked and blended into a paste)
1/3 cup water
some oil for frying
300gm shrimps
300gm bean sprouts
100gm chives
500gm flat noodles
3 bars of fish cake
Method:
First heat the pan with some oil and fry the fish balls when it changes color remove it and keep it aside then fry the eggs add a dash of light soy sauce onto the egg (to give it some flavor). The add in some oil and fry the garlic until it slightly changes color then pour in the chilli paste mix it well then pour in the water, Let it cook for a minute then add in the dark, light soy sauce and oyster sauce. Add in the fish cakes slices mix it all together then add in the shrimps. Let the shrimps cook for 2 minutes then add in the flat noodles give it a good mix the add in the bean sprouts and chives continue to mix otherwise the under will burn. Finally add in the fried eggs and the fish balls. Give it a good mix and turn off the flame. It's ready to be served and ENJOYED!!! I hope you give this recipe a try. HAPPY COOKING!!!
