Super Quick Stir Fry Broccoli and Carrot with Chicken | Chicken with Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients:
250g chicken breast
a pich of salt
a pich of black pepper
300 grams of broccoli
1/2 carrot
3 cloves of garlic
250 grams of chicken breast
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
2-3 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon of dark soy sauce
1/2 cup of water
Corn starch slurry - 1 teaspoon of corn starch + 2-3 teaspoon of water

Can you do regular soy sauce? Because you will probably need to use a lot of the dark soy sauce like the soy sauce, and im using a pressure cooker

I just made this. Very good. I added some onions I wanted to add mushrooms as well but didn’t have any. I also didn’t have light soy sauce so I used regular. This will definitely be my go to stir fry recipe the sauce is so simple.

I've been cooking for a looong time, and never considered using a starch to thicken the broth. I normally try to dry out a whole sliced cabbage (to eat on its own or to add to something else later), but if I can just thicken the water, I can start to think how to make the meal far more tasty doing it. I was looking up how people were cutting ginger for stir-fries and found this instead, and learnt a new lesson. Thanks for the video!
