The issue with parking lots is theres no actual queue system. You could have gotten there 45 min ago and just passed a car leaving and a new car comes in and takes your spot after being there 5 min. Try it, next time you drive by someone look at them (my experience is 90% of the time they'll look back at you). So it's either 1.) He's walking at a weird pace or doing something that's a little outside the norm, 2.) Being filmed by some guy walking behind him, or 3.) Looking at people he's walking by and having them return the gaze

I used to live in an apartment where you could have one car in a car park and one car in a spot by the main entrance. Anything else had to go in overflow. My upstairs neighbors were a family of 5 and they would do everything to claim the front three spaces for all three of their cars. When someone would leave they would put their bikes there, they would rotate standing in the spot, they would double park, and they would do shit to my car if i ever parked there. They stuck gum on my handle, they keyed my door, it was the most insane experience ever. They would just stand there and police the parking lot, and if somehow one of the spots got parked in, as soon as that person would leave they would RUN downstairs and outside and move their car to the spot. Reported them multiple times and nothing happened. The most frustrating thing I've ever witnessed and been a part of. That last video triggered me lmao.

i couldn’t imagine losing my one of my fur babies, unfortunately i have 2 kitties in their teens so time is coming short:/ i lost my Tiger Stripe named Tank a few months ago. it’s okay to grieve, and you can always get another Cat and make brand new memories with a new baby. that really helps too. i know it’s hard to get a new one but your baby will come back to you if you get a kitten that looks like them. i’ve seen it happen 4 times seriously. i currently have a reincarnation of my Tank and his name is Munch.
