MS brings fatigue and brainfog into everything I do, and a couple of weeks ago my MS + weather/air caused me to fall on my face, resulting in a concussion and a fractured face. I definitely do not want to unnecessarily risk adding COVID symptoms to the mix. I agree with your statement 100%, taking a rest and caring for oneself in any sickness is necessary. It takes a lot of energy for the body to heal its self, and staying rested and hydrated is a crucial step of the process.

The problem isn’t just that people are genuinely stupid, the problem is with how much content people are swiping through. They don’t pause to think about things. They just need to keep feeding their insatiable hunger for any kind of content to keep their brains from feeling anything. It’s disgusting and depressing and I hate seeing the world like this but sadly it’s not even an exaggeration. I do hold this against the creators of the videos.
