Secondly, when I watched the episode, not once did “gay stereotype” come in mind when I saw the outfit. The outfit isn’t even remotely close to the pride flag; it just looks like a lot of bright colors. In my opinion, not all multi-brightcolored thing has to be about the lgbt community. And finally, it’s a gag from a comedy show. He’s just using irony that “oh it’s an mental illness, but i don’t look like I’m bad”. C’mon, catch the guy a break. Maybe he didn’t think about offending people. We just need to realize that no one should really put their focus on this one specific joke. Laugh, or don’t, and move on.

In this instance, aren't you the one who is enforcing "bright colors=gay"? Also, Is the "haha shaymian" comment common, or just a really fractional group of people watching this? Going back to my last point, neither of us should care this much about this. If all comedians have to watch their every move, trying not to give off the wrong impression, comedians as a species would die out, for there's always going to be someone who will "interpret it the wrong way".
